Starting Wednesday, August 12, 2026 we will temporarily pause direct shipping to countries except Germany and to outside the EU due to new packaging registration requirements and the significant costs involved for small businesses.
The good news is, there are still a few ways you can continue ordering from us:
2. Order through a business or reseller. If you have a business, or know someone with a business who can order the products for you, we can help arrange this. Just send us a copy of your shopping cart using “Share a link to your cart” along with the business details, and we’ll take care of the order for you. Businesses with a valid VAT ID can also order tax-free.
3. Have your order sent to Germany. If you have a friend, family member, or trusted contact in Germany, you can have your order delivered to them and ask them to forward it to you. You can also use a parcel forwarding service such asforward2me.
